Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping & Processing Time:
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped with tracking information. Orders can be tracked using the tracking number and carrier link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please note, the estimated delivery date includes processing and courier transit time.
Once an order has been placed, changes to your order or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please note, Skincureation will not assume responsibility or liability for any lost or stolen packages. In such instances, please contact the courier directly.
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2-3 business days for processing and shipping and anywhere between 4-10 business days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail postage, this is a range dependent on the destination of the order. Please be aware that orders may arrive in multiple packages. Skincureation cannot be responsible for delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or circumstances outside of the scope of our control.
Refund Policy:
Skincureation offers a 30-day return policy with receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the item, a refund request must be initiated within 30 days to qualify. Items that have been used, worn, removed from original packaging, or returned in faulty condition do not qualify for refunds. Exchanges will not be accepted unless the item that was received is damaged or defective.
To initiate a refund, please contact the team at ‘support@skincureation.com’ with your order number and the specific item that was purchased. We will contact you within 1-2 business days to communicate the status of your refund and provide a return shipping label along with options and instructions on completing your return process. Items that are returned without prior correspondence will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.
Please allow for 7-10 business days from receipt of item(s) at Skincureation to fully process your refund request. Once a refund request is initiated with the support team and approved, an automatic refund of all items to be returned will be returned to the original form of payment used pending approval from your financial institution (if applicable). Please note, refund will not include $8 USD flat return fee nor original shipping and handling charges (if applicable).
Once this process has been completed, an email confirming receipt and processing of your return and/or your exchange request will be sent to your email address used at checkout.
